BEST GOAL SEEN AT GOODISON?

Gerry Humphreys (an otherwise poor Welsh left winger) in late 60s against (I think) West Brom. From the right hand corner of the 18 yd box, like an arrow into the far corner of the Gwladys St net

Most of the Everton ones I can think of have been mentioned. I'd probably have Andy King joint top with Tricky Trev against the darkness and sland. One of the best against was a Glen Hoddle free kick in the early eighties, from about 35 yards. a class player on his day.

Ahhhh......the magnificent "Toby Jug" as he was known. Must admit I thought that goal was vs Sheff Wed and we won 5-2 - that was in from the moment it left his boot - I was in the Street end that day

You could well be right about it being v Sheff Wed but not so sure about the scoreline.

Had this a while back. My all time favourite, Sharpeys against Spurs at the Park End, 1982ish. What a volley, crowd was buzzing about it
would probably go for this one too, Clemence was floundering, proper spine tingling goal.
Mention Steven v Sunderland to cap off a brilliant team display and Osman v Larissa too for fluidity and finish
