it's what turned city into what the are now, signing david silva. These continental players with quick feet have always been the ones who thrive in the prem. It's faster and more physical than other leagues so you do need someone who can tactically find a way around them. Usually the best teams in the prem have needed someone like it and separates them from lower league teams.
