Then the footballing gods realised Benitez is a whopper, VAR ordered the penalty to be retaken because the keeper was off his line and Lewandowski put it in the back of the net.

Unlucky.

Ha, ha ha. 2-0 up and cruising to a win over relegation rivals Cádiz that would have put the big man 6 points clear of the drop zone. Oh dear. Conceded 2 late goals including an equaliser in the 10th minute of added time and drew 2-2.
