TalkSport have just reported that, after Marsch told Leicester to do one, Rafael will be appointed. Simon Jordan was less than complementary about him.

I`d be very surprised if he takes the " lowly " Leicester job, as @Foreverhangsaroundschoolgates92 has been telling us for over a year, that he`s only going to take a TOP JOB.

As @COYBL25 stated above, I expect these talks won’t last very long as he’s allegedly waiting on a job offer from a team that’s guaranteed to be in the Champions League next season.

I wish we were safe already and I could enjoy this because long term it would be a disastrous appointment but we all remember the little new manager bounce we had with him and it would be top ‘Everton that’ if he got them a few wins and they went above us.

Also, some very weird opinions in this thread. Please all remember it’s absolutely ok to say that Benitez was a crap manager and person, Moshiri is awful at running a football club, Kenwright is even worse at running a football club and a liar and Lampard was a nice guy but a terrible manager - these opinions are all acceptable together, you don’t have to choose one or the other.
