He played well defensively but he cant play left back regularly because it completely nullifies Richarlison. He couldn't do much because we have no overlapping runs.

Looked more like Godfrey from dads army at Centre Back tbh had a better 2nd half at left back , but again not a left back - OK in a two man Centre Half - can someone please talk me through Minas game?

I’d give this lad a run of games at centre half - looks like the season is going to end up being the same old mediocre non-entity as previous ones so let’s at least see if we can develop a decent cb with pace

I thought he was really good today. Looks powerful and quick and that he enjoys defending. Being asked to do a range of jobs currently as we are asking him too, he is responding well thus far.
