Beer, revisited

Hofbrau dark lager, basically. Found it in the hipster beer shop near me. Decided to give it a go. The other stuff is sour cherry beer, which the missus likes, the weirdo.

I’m a big fan of ice cold sour cherry beer and the raspberry stuff too.

Developed a taste for it on my first trip to Belgium, as a day time session beer.
 
Is that common in Germany ? What's the equivalent here ? You vill answer me !
Genuinely don't know. Brought a Dunkel on tap from a bar in Dresden last year, was pretty nice. Think the style of beer is fairly common in Slovakia, poss the Czech Republic as well.

Dunno what the equivalent would be. It's not really a true lager but not quite like a British dark ale.
