Just guzzled this beauty. Nicely cooled from microbrewery in Helmsley. 5.5% of delight. Nice and deep taste nothing flowery about it in the slightest.

Be ready for their Christmas ale, that's the Abt 12 with some added spices.
Enjoyed their Prior 8 just today. Excellent double, caramelly, soft, smooth... As always, no alcoholic taste... Lovely.

I tried the Vocation barrel aged stouts from Tesco this week, chocolate cherry and the other just in is a banana blended one. I had high hopes as they are barrel aged but felt let down.
