Finished the evening off with this beer pudding. Looks like a novelty ale but its actually very good, flavours were more subtle than I expected and shifts between the peanut butter and the jamminess as you drink it.
Another brewery very much in form right now.
Its midweek so perhaps I should've checked the ABV before tucking into this 12% 'er.....

Possibly the best chokky stout there is, like a bar of Galaxy in a glass.

I`ve had that on draught in the Trafalgar Bay in York.
Lovely stuff, but you`d struggle with more than 2 or 3, as it`s so sweet.

I`m a big fan of their stout and I`d popped in on my way into the City centre for a couple of stouts and it was on as a guest.
York has got to be one of the best cities on the planet for cracking boozers and top notch ale from breweries all over the North and beyond.
Yep, possibly my favourite city for a bevvy.

The beauty of the place, is that apart from the fact that it`s such a nice place, you can walk everywhere too.
You could probably do a weeks worth of pub crawls and still not visit all of the ones worth visting.
