As a member of the Campaign for Real Ale I'm obliged to have a beard

Real Ale?

I had this ale in Glastonbury once, warm, putrid, tasteless.

I like a good bitter, I love guinness, but real ale has the potential to taste of nothing nice.

Eh? What do you think good bitter is? Most any real ale afficionado would tell you there's a few better stouts than guinness around too. I'm sure you can find poor examples of all types of real ale, but that may be at least as much to do with how it's kept as how it's brewed, as a real ale brewer wouldn't last too long if the beer was putrid & tasteless (an odd combination, tbh).

Well I know, but it was highly recommended down in the West Country. It was rank.

Just wondering what the options are to dye a beard, if it's possible. Mine comes through black but i'm thinking it might look good in a shade of blonde.

I actually grew a goatee last year for a bit and i dyed it black.

Worked ok although i think i felt my brain melting due to all the fumes going up my nose when doing so.
