Mate, it was all Martinez's doing for selling a couple of players he felt we could do without to make it possible to sign the ones he as!.

Funny how no deals were done before sales. Elstone may of tried telling us that McCarthy wasn't dependant on Felli, but it fcuking was!. That first offer proved it, hardly **** all upfront and rest on a 4 year drip!. No wonder Whelan got p!ssed off.

Soon as it was clear Felli and Vic were gone, we made a proper bid for McCarthy and upped the loan fee for Lukaku, so Kenwright for me, shouldn't take no credit!. Actually, I tell a lie, only credit he gets is for sticking to his guns and getting more than £25m For Felli, and Robbing West Brom of £6m for Anichebe!.
 
The drama of it was ace, but I don't know if it were a good night until we spend the rest of the money in January. Hate to be negative in that way but I'm fairly certain that £15m spare is going down the back of the couch.

If it doesn't get spent in January or at the latest next Summer we'll be in trouble.

Deulofeu, Lukaku, and Barry's loan deals all finishing and Distin more than likely being put out to pasture. We'll need that money just to get the squad back up to an acceptable level.

Not worth moaning/thinking about it until Jan

Lets just enjoy the fact we have a much stronger squad than this time last week
 
good for this season but **** for next. 0% chance getting lukaku. Then we are stuck with jelavic/vellios/kone upfront who are ****, don't kid yourself by saying 'JELAVIC BRACE' like people do on twitter he is abysmal.

Bad idea selling anichebe IMO, could of kept him who can score and make a nuisance of himself.

What will we do is lukaku gets injured for a month? or even 2 weeks

I think were being harsh on Kone. PSV are no slouches when it comes to teams and he scored 15 goals in 34 games for Levante in the same league as Sevilla mate.

He's started very slow indeed but he's the same lid who raped our defence last year. Needs some time.
