Bobby's playing a blinder jibbing off the league for the Europa. Who needs 38 games to try and get into the Champions league when all we have to do is win 42( or something like that in the Europa League!!) for our place amongst the elite in the Champions league. Why should our superstar players get up for a midweek game against the Hull City Tigers. This time next year it wont be Sunderland or Stoke on a drab wednesday night, we will all be sipping sangria's in Madrid as we have just turned over Real 2-0 with Osman and Pienaar scoring.

You have to go on, but I've been expressing my frustration for a while.

People have been kidding themselves that we are actually competing with the elite. People have even been saying that the media perception of Everton has changed, but it hasn't, we are still little old Everton who huff and puff but don't remotely bother the elite at all.

We are miles away from the elite, and I actually fear that being also-rans will be as good as it gets, and that we may even be about to regress and become bottom half strugglers once again.

Maybe they would come to the absolutely outrageous conclusion that not everyone is head over heals in love with Roberto Martinez, and that it's finally dawning on some Evertonians that he isn't some superstar who can do no wrong, and that this 'sexy' brand of football is actually boring, dangerous, ineffective cack that has long been found out.

Because I am clinically insane, I bought myself Krasnodar hospitality on the cheap. That will be it for a good while.

Pay to be tortured... now that's a new one! I sometimes feel like Rimmer off Red Dwarf, I just can't imagine doing anything nice.

Although I have more than enough in the skyrocket for a good holiday I am still compelled to visit a morgue in the pishing rain of North Liverpool for much wailing and gnashing when I could be knocking back a few cheeky Mojitos on the shores of Varadero.

On nights like tonight, I look back at the last 18 years and ask the question... "is it really worth it? Has all that worry, stress and expenditure ultimately led nowhere? Can only the rich and heathen prosper in modern football? Will 'the end' be as bad as I imagine it - whenever it may come?"

The way things are turning out, only the super rich will enjoy football in an endless landscape of manufactured success and fans while the rest just suffer year in year out. This club is either going to get busy thriving or get busy grieving in the future and with no investment looming it doesn't take a genius to work out which.

One thing's for sure, I don't want to be anywhere near Goodison on the day we go down. Whenever that is.

loose the games key players are involved/draw them
win the games the reserves are involved in
1-0 at half time, draw at full time/lose at full time every week
Players arent even arsed
Osman plays 90 minutes
Etoos on the bench
Mirallas cant do over 60 minutes

Must admit on the way home I did say ' I can't be arsed anymore'.....but as soon as as the next game comes around I know Ill have them butterflies in my stomach.
