Barkley to go out on loan?

David Moyes will send Ross Barkley on loan in a bid to accelerate the young midfielder's rise into Everton's first team.
Moyes will keep the 18- year-old as cover until the transfer window closes but will then let him leave on loan, with Sheffield Wednesday the most probable destination.

I think it makes sense. Reports have been hit and miss pre-season. Ossie went out and came back twice the player.

DM watches these lads every day and if he feels he's not ready or needs more games under his belt, this is the best way to do it.

I'm sure he will recall him if there are injuries.

i asked Ross before the start of last year does he think he will get a good run in the team . He replied that he hopes he does.

and after last season not playing him now sending him on loan

its no wonder so many young players have to leave

If Barkley went to someone like SW (as rumoured), or someone else in the Championship, and started pretty much every week it would improve him massively - would be a good move I think.

He wasn't sent out last year because he was too young and not back from injury long enough.
He is going to struggle to get in the Everton team every week and regular games in the championship will benefit him enormously.

Hopefully just a 3 month loan, not a full season.

But, game time in the championship will do him good.

If this was to happen I'm sure Moyes would be looking for central midfield cover.
