This really. I know every single moment of existence *just has to be* recorded for posterity these days, and celebrity is something to be bowed down to, but someone gives a lift to others and gets recorded is not on.

Other than that, no problem with the way those lads acted, at all. It was up to Leighton to handle that if he gave a ride to them, and they weren't obnoxious, so there's nothing to it.

The lads he gave a lift too were very cringey and i am was quite embarrassed after hearing this. Saying 'lad' after every sentence and calling Baines the 'naughtiest left back in town' i now know why most of the country hate us scousers. Disappointing. But Baines is still the coolest person in the world.

pretty sure that a pre-season game doesn't have same rules as a league game and as many chances as you can get to be with family and make your own way is encouraged. its only really down the road so driving probably an option loads took who weren't playing and he can listen to his own music without getting sh*t

Some bad accent melts on here, like someone said Baines' accent is stronger then the lids who're with him except he isn't proper drunk and not being driven around by his ****ing idol. If i ever go to Goodison and get asked to tone me accent down then i'll ****ing choke the person to death with a scouse pie.
