I think he hurt his leg, looked bad when he went down and grabbed it maybe that played a part later on? He wasn't his normal self you could tell he missed Pienaar.

He got injured in the 70th minute, he didnt make a single cross before that.

I know mate, i was saying that explain's for later in the game but as i said no Pienaar did hurt him because Pienaar makes alot of space and plays him into the good positions to cross, if you look back at it he didn't get many chances to cross.

I thought Baines said in an interview recently how he and his father were the only Blues in his family?

What I really hope is that he isn't seriously injured. He really had trouble getting up from that one challenge right before he got subbed off. I think that in itself makes this defeat even harder to swallow for me.

Osman has always been a blue by the way.

I think today just shows that our main aim in the summer should be signing Pienaar on a permanent.

Baines has been Mr Consistent for a long time now but he just didn't turn up today. Can't use the Pienaar excuse, he's played well all season, before Pienaar came back.

He's usually the one that maintains his level even when the rest of the team bottle it, but today he didn't.

WTF is it about that shower of shoite. Have they got someone that hypnotises us before derby matches or something??
