I was surprised when Robles left, but I can understand him wanting more match time. I don't think Stek is good enough anymore to be our primary backup and Virginia is just too inexperienced.

If we end up looking for a new backup, I think we should look at Miguel Angel Moya. He was #1 goalkeeper at Atletico a few years back and his currently backup at Real Sociedad. Honestly, I think he is just as good as Oblak, but Oblak is younger and I think he wanted more match time, so he left Atletico.

Pickford Is only going to get better, Stek is getting over the hill. I was a fan of his but he doesn't seem to have it anymore. Jao Virginia could be promising. I think the Keeper position is ok for this season.
