Exactly

You reap what you so

Everyone whinging about Nike despite the fact we didn't get one single template kit and lots of boss heritage gear, and Umbro go and give us a template with those arm bands that everyone said they hated on the current Nike kit

are you saying we did this to ourselves??? *weeps openly*

That kit is just a template of the teams kits shown earlier in the thread with the letter 'U' for a badge. Thought we were going to get something original, when deal was announced. That shirt looks cheap and classless.

If that is proven to be legit (and I'm hoping it isn't), I'd be wondering what the obsession with fat white bands on the sleeves is. That would be 3 kits on the bounce

Kit manufacturers in general, have made a bit of a rod for their own back.

By releasing 3 new shirts a year, designs are starting to become stale and repetitive.

They should revert back to one home kit every 2 years, alternating with a new away every 2 .

Maybe bring out a limited edition third kit every year to drive sales.

As for the kit shown before - boooooooring!

I think the club took on board voices that whinged about Nike

Going from Nike to Umbro is like going from Scarlett Johansson to Ann Widdecombe
It's absolutely nothing like that though is it? Nike were ok but badly failed some parts of our fanbase. They also gave us generic kits. So unless Scarlett Johansson is badly frigid and crap at head then your analogy doesn't quite work.

Fans moan about not having a new set of kits every season.
