Yep. Looks like an 'interesting' white collar and lining on the inside underneath the holes on the back the more I look at it.
Sounds weird in concept. But still better than that previous fake.

That's what I wanted when they were re-redesigning the crest.
NSNO on the shirt, drop it from the badge. Regardless, it looks so good on the shirt anyway.
