....yep, they would be the major losers but Bosman has put the power with the players. Clubs can benefit when buying but lose out considerably when selling.

Definitely.. but its a big risk on witsels behalf. Who wants a player who hasn't played for a season? Especially someone of the calibre of Juve.

I'm not fence sitting. I have an opinion - it just doesn't involve taking personal offence because a player has been holding out for a one of the biggest and best sides in world football over us, that's all x

Most boring transfer saga I can remember this one. We're like the scruffy girl that Witsel took to the dance but ditched as soon as he got there in order to try and smash the best looking lass in the year. If he fails he'll come crawling back at the end of the night and we'll put out anyway, and he damn well knows it.

Whilst I agree with the 'play for one of the biggest teams on the planet', said team has repeatedly said they are not willing to match our offer. If he wants to wait a year, so be it, but you'd think he'd come out and say so instead of just....doing nothing.

that has literally just been reported mate, re. Juve... we'll see. This may be the defining moment and he may jump to accept our offer. He may not and it may drag on either way until the end of the window, or he may stay at Zenit.

But he has absolutely no obligation to does he? He doesn't have to say a thing? 'Here, Axel mate, will you tell everyone what you're doing cos some Everton fans on a forum are flapping lad'...

IF he indicates to us that he's not open to a move, we'll move on to other targets (that we will already have lined up).
