The Euros have put a major spanner in the works for most clubs, I know deals have been done and im aware that the likes of Mata wasnt even at the Euros but for example some of Uniteds targets did, thus that delays moves they can make which impacts them wanting to sell the likes of Mata to us.

Also a factor prompted by the Milik story I read, some teams wish to retain certain players due to EL/CL qualifiers.

Just need it all to settle down, wait for players to return from holiday then honestly this window will explode, not just for us or the Premiership, but the whole of Europe will "benefit" from this massive, massive SKY deal.

A very interesting Summer ahead IMO.

......lads with genuine insight are good enough to share their knowledge but transfer dealings are complex and things can fall through. Personally, I don't understand why anybody would want to post information they make up. It's a very sad reflection on them as individuals if they falsely claim to be ITK.

Esk is a sound source and an upright bloke, I can assure that he's not misleading folk. If things don't materialise it's because situations change, that's the way things are. It's not a competition.

The echo reckon we want witsel but Koeman wants value for money and won't pay over the odds. I think he's been very naive as like has been said we have no European football and are at the start of the "project" and sadly we will need to pay the big bucks to get the top signings over the line until we are attractive enough to get players in based on our 'name' and/or having European football to offer.

Coming from someone who wanted Koeman from the start if it ends up to be his dithering over the cost for players when we have money to spend then he'll have no excuse if we lose out on targets, and should we finish outside the top 7/8 places the knives will be out in the media considering he left Southampton who were sat in 5th for us.
