If we get 3 points not only do we go top temporarily but the current top 2 play each other this weekend as well

massive massive opportunity here to get off to a good start to the season and stake a claim for at least a top 6 spot

They were garbage against Bournemouth but I thought pretty great at Spurs before Eriksen came on. Could go either way.

Be a tough one, this.

A win will be great. But it's their first home game against a 'big' PL side. Under the lights too.

We always seem to start games well. On Saturday we got our goal, v Palace we didn't.

We need an early goal, here. Quieten the crowd.

Coleman up against that lad who broke his leg for the first time? Should be interesting.

Given the way the ground will be on a Friday night, I'll be amazed if we don't suffer for part of the game. Big, big test of character for the lads out there when that happens.

We are definitely the better team but they'll be desperate to get something out of the game.

People wanting Kean to start? He came on for about 10 mins against Watford and was blowing out of his arse with still 5 mins to go. He's not ready fitness wise to start yet.

Think Marco will keeping using him as a late sub to come on and terrorise teams as they get tired until he gets his full match fitness back again.

you cant just rush these players in and expect them to fire straight away.. esp a 19 year old Italian..

that's why im a little disappointed that we are going to be reliant on DCL for large swathes of the season, whilst kean adapts

we really could rue not bringing in an old head , even a Defoe type striker to fill in or start the important games for us..

as ineffective , scoring wise , that DCL is, if he picks up a knock we are stuck with Tosun, who is just as in effective as it like hes got concrete boots on!
