Absolutely brilliant.
This is the big worry. He's doing a variable job, and today showed that he should be given 2 players in each position and left to organise them into a team, and not try and put square pegs in round holes just so he can pick his favourites. He got the win at Forest and then immediately shot himself in the foot by changing it for the next game, let's hope he doesn't repeat it when Keane comes back.
So how do you explain Keane coming back and him changing a winning team? All managers have favourites so not sure why you think it's a nonsense, maybe you were never anyone's favourite?….i’ve always thought the phrase ‘playing his favourites’ is a total nonsense, regarding of who the manager is.
I've still got a thick head from yesterday and my drunken rantings. Absolutely brilliant effort today. Just why can't we have some consistently good performances for a change.oh you!
Keane replacing JoB again would be tragic, he demonstrated the need for pace today on several occasionsThis is the big worry.
The team, even on its arse, is capable of going and winning games when they’re positive. Moyes showed that today, be positive and go for it.
But then he’ll take two steps backwards to accommodate the ‘safer’ players instead of rewarding good performances.
Really hope he keeps the faith in the guys who are busting at the chance to play well and develop. The ONLY shoe-horn this team has is Ndiaye, maybe KDH for Armstrong or Rohl…but if they keep up good performances, why can’t they keep their spot?
