He should be prosecuted but this is Trump, he has gotten away with all sorts of criminal acts throughout his whole life so my cynical guess is that probably nothing is going to happen, some people may go to jail over this but Trump may not. And as far as I know, it won’t disqualify him from office either, that’s why Democrats wanted him impeached the second time to prevent him from running for President again.
