Oh I fully agree, watching from over here its absolutely insane, but it just seems to be an acceptance in America that people (even kids) get shot, including by the Police and it barely registers. If there was an incident wherby a police officer over here killed someone with a gun, its headline news and there is a massive review. There would be outcry if they killed a kid.

Until your country changes its outlook on guns, passes some guns laws or changes the whole policing system, I cant see that ever changing which is horrifying
Absolutely right. Look at the Rhys Jones case a few years ago - everyone on this forum will recognise the name immediately, and I'd guess a good proportion of the country at large would remember the case. If it had happened in the States, it would hardly have been mentioned on the news outside the city where it happened.
