Weird, because I'm certain the county jail, while you await trial, would be one of those places. But certainly our jails are way too stuffed with first-time black and brown marijuana dealers (white dealers are released on bail) to make room for someone who stormed the capitol building and stole a laptop from the 3rd highest ranking US government official.

As far as I’ve aware this trust has already been broken once, I am very skeptical that others would be given this same level of restraint in the same circumstances.
