Its not that weird. Im not a fan of smaller keepers. Bigger keepers wether they be better or not put a bit of doubt in strikers heads because of their frame. Peter Schmeichel was the master at using his frame to do it. Great keeper to mind.
Its not an exact science. I do prefer bigger keepers though.
He's like "Hang on, I don't remember asking anyone to cover my near post!"
One thing I do like about him is that when he collects the ball there is no messing about, he's looking to get it upfield ASAP.
