All ITKs need to remember this.

I sort of factor it in that ITKs (even the best ITKs like Foxy and the Nut...who could be one and the same as far as I know!) can be told that a signing is all but tied up but the signature is another thing and they get the jump on that.

It's fair, I think, to hand them the plaudits when they do that - even if a small number of times it doesn't come off. They've given us a service and we should salute them for it.
