So this is where Bill has brought the club to now then. Getting rid of younger players for buttons and bringing in geriatrics who nobody else would take and no doubt pay them mega bucks. That is really going to solve the problems and move the club forward isn't it. If this is one of those signings that allows us to spend our actual money where we need to, for example up front and on the wings, then I don’t mind it all things considered.

The worry is if we sign the likes of Young, continue selling young players, but it’s tumbleweeds everywhere and no sign of a striker. Imperative we strengthen before the first game of the season, a repeat of last year would be unforgivable given our opening fixtures and would likely see us down.
