Give Ash his dues, he's toughed out a difficult spell. Good mental strength.

He's helped by being given more protection and the team being more organised. He's not a centre half who can consistently defend one on one and nullify pacey counter attacks. Christ knows what Koeman and to an extent Unsworth were doing to make the team so open and porous. Longer term we need someone more mobile to play with Holgate.
