Absolutely, but the point was that we've lost something (I.e attacking threat) by tightening up at the back from the last couple of years. Stats indicate we tightened up but our goals for has been as good as, or better, than in 13/14.

In terms of those 2 measures I actually don't think there'll be too much significant difference between this season and 13/14 at season's end.

Exception that proves the rule. The likes of Sunderland and Hull can be bullied. Btw, a lot of these goals came when the pressure was off and the season had effectively ended as a competition. That's what happens with these bottlers.

Worth pointing out we put 3 past Southampton, 3 past West Brom (the 2 teams directly beneath us - so hardly the weaker teams in the division).

Also a couple past arsenal, 1 in each game against utd. 3 overall v spurs. And of course 5 past city.

So not sure I buy any of your point really.
