A lot of Arsenalfans wanted Benitez there instead of Arteta. It's their loss...

Look how happy they are. Highbury is Gone, they hounded Wenger out... They're barely doing better than Everton at goodison.....
I would take him over Benitez tbh. R a fa is a has been, while Arteta is still a young manager with plenty of potential. He's won an FA Cup as Arsenal manager as well. You don't like Arsenal do you? You still bitter over the events of May 26th 1989?lol

In reality Arsenal has never been a good club, outside of Arsene Wenger. Remove the Wenger years and the club has been a club that finishes around 8th. Maybe they never were that good...but he was.
That post is total and utter rubbish. Arsenal have always been one of the traditional powers of english football.

He might have to wait a while as Xavi is nailed on for the next coaches job.
Depends on how much of a basket case the club is and if moonhead loses the fans. Martinez may be the sucker to take the job before Xavi comes in once the club is over its financial problems.

Martinez may also be the sucker who takes on the job and be a roaring success.

Operation Destroy is well and truly in full motion now.

Imagine telling an Arsenal fan 25 years ago that they’d just done the invincible season, but in future they’d hound Arsene Wenger out the club, replace him with a fraud, not win a league in their new stadium and sign some top quality players for excellent prices such as Pepe, Aaron Ramsdale and Ben White

Our situation may be naff, but it’s great to be able to laugh at them.

What are you? The witchsmeller pursuivant?

Arteta is going to be a has been real soon. He will have been the manager of Arsenal.

I remember that evening well. Couldn't believe what was happening and still haven't got over it after all these years. One that got away as you say.
Anyway, as Lexicon head is doing a stirling job down there, long may it continue.
