Di Matteo version 2. (Win a trophy, downhill from there) I don't rate Guardiola, so Arteta just having experience as his assistant doesn't exactly earn him much credit for me in the first place. But hes finding it very tough apparently. Just shows sometimes it's important to get some experience a bit lower down first as the main man and if you can cut it there then give it a go
