So, no more knee jerk reactions about Everton not doing enough for our players health and wellbeing.

Our players have been so knee-capped they've probably lost the ability to jerk when provoked. That sounds a lot dodgier than intended.

But I can't believe our central midfield could actually start with a fully fit Cahill and Fellaini on the bench. Surreal. Actually incomprehensible, how good our squad has become all of a sudden.
