I am not surprise at all, consider we are not doing well at the moment, it was no surprise he wasn't pick, you could say it was fate and i bet you when the next time the Spanish national side are pick, we would be on a unbeaten run and looking like we would mount a serious challenge for a European place next season and those two would be fit again and Arteta would again miss out.
