We just need to let this one lie, there aint a way on earth we can afford one of the most hyped up players in the world right now. If Barca couldnt negotiate a reasonable fee for him, what hope do we possibly have. Lets just leave this one there lads...

You might be right, but you never know until you try - if the money is there then I don't see why we should not make a bid.

once arsenal and chelseas interest is in black and white i would not be surprised if a bid was made, ala aaron ramsey...its disappointingf as i am sure we could have been in with a decent shout had we put a bid in january when he was relatively unknown

just on setanta news .......arshavin says there have been no enquiries from any prem. clubs and he is still keen on barca.
