Its a simple game you can pay through the nose for a name and be meicore i.e Koeman etc, or you can back yourself to see the potential in the next name before they become one, Eddie Howe is the latter.

Thing is though, you can be young or you can be old, doesn't really matter your looking at short cycles in football management now, two to three years even if your successful, 8 games if your not with an average of about 18 months. we are an absolute case in point.

Not sure about Arsene. Great manager but his method had proven very difficult to perform consistently compare with what football were 10 years ago. He had a team of highly technical players with flair and pace in a technically poor premiere league a decade ago, everyone is catching up slowly and his approach is stagnant. He will no doubt make us play better in the short term, but I don’t believe he is capable of bringing us champions league football that we crave for.
