Same as last week - very little between the two teams.

However, Arsenal had the sharper finishing which once again proved decisive.

He's having a bad time and is low on confidence. He absolutely doesn't warrant your hatred mate. He's a lad who works incredibly hard but it's not happening for him atm. Let's not set fire to him.

I understand that; and with most players would agree. He frustrates me because when we were linked everyone; myself included, complained it would be a bad signing. Not because of his effort or character, but because in the premier league you must offer more than just finishing. That’s all he has in his locker; playing him is like playing with 10 men. The best thing he can do for Everton as well as himself is leave for a league more suited to his skill sets.

It doesn’t help that prior to his signing, we had Lukaku, and were linked with Giroud.

I suppose I don’t hate him as much as I hate that the club I love either can’t attract a player at CF with better abilities, or aren’t good enough at scouting to see in advanced what the average fan can in players we end up signing.

Just start fraser hornby upfront next game. Cant possibly do any worse. Dcl no end product, tosun confidence shot and niasse is well just niasse, give fraser a game

Thought Davies was boss today and really did well with the armband and made some great passes forward. Kenny also looked great. DCL looked poor and Walcott surprisingly lacking as well, but basically the team not yet on the same page.

I prefer Davies over Schneiderlin because he makes us more attacking. DCL should be sold or loaned for 2 years or so. If the manager keeps on playing DCL I think the pressure of him (the manager) will build up quickly.

We need a new starting striker.

Mina really better be immense because the other CBs are hardly covering themselves in glory.

Zouma has been such a disappointment to me, Holgate has played himself out of contention and Keane always has a blunder in him.

Digne is settling in nicely though.

..every time the ball was played into our box we looked at sixes and sevens. I suppose it’s abour prioritisation but unless we can defend as a unit then we will succumb to the inevitable. Not sure about you, but I watched that game knowing what was going to happen.

We look fragile, the game was too nice. We lack resilience.
I know what you mean Eggs,i just knew we would regret those spurned opportunities, other sides appear to get away with it,not us though!!

Said this after West Ham and I'll say it again - putting the defence aside, we're being absolutely crippled by a complete lack of killer instinct in the final third and are seemingly incapable of converting a respectable number of our chances. We could've (and should've) easily gone into HT yesterday with 2 goals - that's the only way you're going to beat teams like Arsenal away.. take your f*cking chances!!

Another limp defeat and an opportunity wasted. I still remain convinced that Silva is the man to break the shackles and takes us up a level if I'm being totally honest..

To be honest Eggs, I thought we were better than them and whoever scored the first goal would win, unfortunately it was them.

Richarlison was a huge threat despite shooting from a bit too far. I think he showed a lot of good qualities for a front man; hold-up play, touch, control and acceleration. Several times he had long balls into him and he controlled the ball on his chest perfectly while keeping the defender on his back. If his shots were a couple feet further forward I think he would have scored, but as it was Cech had a lot of time to see them and save them.

Gave it to Richy, love seeing a player just make things happen by taking a pop or making a driving run.

Still fuming mind.
