I'm new to the forum but already love the previews from @chicoazul. Being from Aus, it gives me a real sense of the historical and cultural undertones attached to a match that I wouldn't otherwise be aware of. Not sure why there seems to be mixed responses to the previews.

Anyway, as for the match itself, this feels like the first time in a while we're going into an Arsenal match with an expectation of walking away with points (and 1 would be disappointing), rather than a hope of holding out for a draw (and snatching 3 being a season highlight). It was mentioned earlier, but this season really feels like the gap to the unattainable top clubs has been closed (making our inconsistency all the more disappointing).

So for tonight, I'm going 2-1 (us!) Rom to score and a sneaky one for McCarthy. Then Giroud to ghost a tap in from a bungled set piece around the 80th minute just so we can all torture ourselves for the final 10 mins!
Everyone likes them but we have to pepper the praise with insults. He already resembles Oddities: The Head and if it gets any bigger he won't be able to fit through doorways anymore.

Great read that and I'm looking forward to this now.
I'm going with five games we've been outplayed in even though realistically I can only remember three. It's definitely a strange season but that's got to be better than miserable. I think Cleverley and even Ross are due to add a little flash to the more solid side we saw on Saturday. Banking on both to score stunners today
Hard to imagine Arsenal losing three in a week but there's no such thing as law of averages so why not.
Only sour note is that I ordered my EDS pills through the club, so kind of disappointed to find out that they'd have been blue even if I got them from a chemist.

Not very arsed with the league, but a win would be a nice birthday gift for me :)

And putting Arsenal out of the title race would be a big bonus, as I really can't stand them.

COYB!

Chico - wtf with the pics? Judas, scoring in an Arse top at Selhurst, with some two bob "crazy gang" extra in the background like he's going to end up as a comedy villain in some Guy Ritchie mockney cockney chicanery.
Poor, very poor.
