Just want to see us play well, score a goal or two(in their net), I'm going to this one!
I think if we score two Arsenal will have job to even get a draw, premier league is the best in Europe? The toughest and most physical definitely but the best — Nah not having that. Arsenal’s style might win them the title but not many neutral fans will appreciate their win at any cost way of playing, mind you their fans wouldn’t care less what opposition fans think and more than likely most Everton fans wouldn’t care less if we won the league that way.

I'd be very surprised if we scored 2, being honest! Wishful thinking haha!

I actually think it's a bit of a myth the physicality of the league being much higher than other leagues. Sure in the olden days it was but now football in England is influenced hugely by foreign coaching and ideas and with the rules now pretty much ruling out slide tackles and general physical confrontations I'm not sure if we're being told a big fat lie about the physicality of the league compared to abroad

It's still much more physical vs technical compared to watching other leagues. The pace is quicker as well in my opinion.

You might be right, I can't really judge as I don't watch much football nowadays and was just judging by what I saw in the 'champions' league this week where Arsenal and the Sportwashers especially played slow and none physical style football

I hope we play them at their own game lots of time taken at corners free kicks a throw ins
Not a great spectacle but I’ve noticed they and their fans get very touchy
Let’s be smart

I agree, there’s a thread of this, but I find it hard listening to the moaning that goes on here during match threads (yes I don’t go as often as I should as a ST holder)

I see people hammering everything about the club but don’t support it, I work in a job where it rely’s on support of my patrons, not a chance I’d take criticism from someone who doesn’t come in.
24/25 match day revenue - ~£20m
24/25 broadcast revenue - £131.8m

Patrons who bought TV subscriptions contributed 6.5 times the revenue that match going fans did last season for Everton FC, but those patrons should be uncritical?

Unless "support" in this context means something different for your business?
