Barkley seems to be growing in confidence but he has given it away cheaply at times. Arsenal players appealing whenever we win the ball and the crowd going mental at every challenge is having a big influence on the ref.

really good half of football that, very impressive blues, been the better team and gone at them, keep it going. barkley's been a breath of fresh air, stunning performance. does anyone break up play in the league better than fellaini? couple of misplaced passes but he's been class.

though the pienaar yellow was laughable myself, what is the difference between what he does and what defenders do when they shield the ball out of play from 10 yards out? ooh his arm was out a tad, he just stood his ground for me.

someone needs to tell these arsenal players this is a male sport though, they're going down too easily but it's playing right into our hands. sure i've read before how jack wilshere likes the tough tackling aspect of the game - couldn't have told from today, absolute wuss, moaning about every touch on him.

would love to see more of mirallas 2nd half, he could really hurt them if he sees the ball, sadly for him EVERTON ARE PLAYING DOWN THE MIDDLE!!

Good half for us,need to replace Gibson soon because Arsenal players will make ref give him second yellow.
Would bring Hitz for Gibson and Jelavic for Anichebe after 60 min.
Before this game I thought Wilshere was a ok player, but after his arm flapping and falling over he is c**t in my book, of course nowhere near Suarez, but I hate players falling over and talking to ref all the time.

agreed, he did well first 10 mins, he wasn't buying any of it, but there have been a few instances where's he been swayed by the crowd i think. love wenger's moaning though, great manager but what a ****. bet he hasn't seen any of the manhandling on anichebe from mertesacker
