I doubt he would start ahead of DCL and I don't think we can afford large transfer fees on squad players.
Yeh this is the thing with young players. Especially in average teams. Need to be world class like rooney, foden etc to perform at a young age at a high level for a full season.

If we could get the barcodes to pay 60m for DCL and grab this guy for 25 (structured deal) then we may lose something short term but long term gain a lot, right now the nature of the DCL injury makes me think cashing in - with the ability to fully reinvest all the fee (unlike with Richy) could be the smart move.
Broja and Gallacher both worked with Lampard before, Gibson White will be known by Cole from the under 21s too, if the rumours of all three are genuine - then it does suggest the comments about the right type of character may be right - assuming Cole & Lampard both know the players well enough to determine that.

I love DCL, but 60m would be an insane price. Honestly 110-130m for Richarlison & DCL would be insane business. Would also ensure we remain complaint with FFP next season too, and as long as we were sensible will remove a lot of the problems, as we will have 2 net neutral years.
No. Chelsea haven’t set a price, as they aren’t entertaining any offers until Tuchel makes a decision about him. it’s the websites pretending they have inside knowledge.
