Boss pub mate,really good selection of beer,tellys for the footy and racing,really sound group of old school regulars in there as well.

Yeah good boozer and as said the owner is a season ticket holder who also has that solid blue house the excelsior.

The Denbigh is obviously the blue pub of choice now and it’s earned its reputation, the bridewell tends to whisper its credentials rather than shout it but it’s no less blue .

For me if I’m giving me money to anyone I’d rather give it to blues , actually genuinely decent people as well . Easy choices for me but you won’t go far wrong with the ones mentioned
