Gents, have to argue with you saying Butters is the most miserable sod, luck at some of the miserable comments I have put - In fact they are all quite depressing!!!!

Kone and Jelavic might come good under Martinez. We all know that Moyes destroyed attacking footballers i.e. Vaughan, Jela, Yak, Srac, Anichebe, Baxter etc etc by over-working them and expecting them to be defenders instead of doing what came naturally, Rooney was lucky he escaped. Jela and Yak especially are natural goal poachers, they proved this before Moyes changed them, drained then of supply and forced them to run the channels which isn't there game.
If Martinez can get his system to work at Everton I hope that these strikers and Lukaku can find the net enough solve the Moyes era striker problem.
Maybe an eternal optimitise but maybe I'm just more confident that given a little time I believe that letting a striker do his job will benefit us.
By the way I loved Moyes and i'm not bashing him but I think he was too defensive to let attackers flourish.
