I saw the club promoting it's use and moved as quick as I could.

The work I do behind the scenes is remarkable and undervalued to be fair.

I agree both have a big time Charlie attitude.
On ability Jeffers was a far better player when he left to go to Arsenal he had scored 20 goals in 60 games and for anyone saying that Gordon was still learning his trade Jeffers was 20 when he left.
How we got 40/45 million for Gordon I will never know it

Jeffers was a goal scorer. He wasn’t in the mould of current number nines. His movement was exceptional for the time, but the days of small nippy goals scorers has gone at the top level on English football.
Goals wise Gordan was a winger and can’t compare the two.
Often wonder what position players like jeffers and Michael Owen would come through as in this day and age.
