Angus Kinnear

I trust his judgement more than any Evertonian’s on this guy.
He was their DOF from 2016 during their undoubtedly best period of last 20 years.

Can't see the benefit of Thelwell remaining on. That situation hardly ever works out.
Underwhelming. I'll be very interested to see what the new "wider sporting leadership team" will look like, seeing as we're moving away from a DoF model. Will it look something like Brighton's set up or are we going to go down the road we went down before with Moyes being in charge of all things relating to player trading. I hope it's not the latter, giving a sixty one year old man the job of running the first team and being responsible for the future of the playing squad beyond his tenure seems like a conflict of interest and an impossible job to me. I'm sure some will chide me for that comment and remark that it went OK last time. I would counter that by saying OK was all it was, and by the end it was managed decline, and I would also point out that football has changed enormously in the past 20 years and looking backwards is often going backwards. I guess we will see soon enough.
Think that's very fair and balanced myself mate.

I agree...But we're where desperate to get rid of Baxendale😂

So much so some allegedly give her neck a Chinese burn.

Like I said if we're doing well no one bats an eye lid at the CEO.

He's looks sneaky though.
It sounds like he’s fairly pliant, which might be exactly what TFG want. Their man to do whatever they say he should do.

As long as he’s effectively managed, then hopefully all good.

A lot of opinions about CEOs for a cloob that has been operating without one for 3 years and before that had some idiot who spent 90% of her time planting stories about how mean everton fans were to her. The bar for Everton CEO is on the floor.
She was probably the least qualified CEO in our history.

Fair enough, but I’m putting stock in what my real life mate thinks about him.

I don’t expect others to inherit that judgment.

Not saying disregard entirely.

It's just a lot of the noise people are basing that on is Twitter. The same fans are arguing whether their team who has spent as long in league one as the Prem the last few decades are bigger than Everton.

I suspect a lot of them don't like him because of his association to their last previous, and this;
