Andrew

at the same time, it's much more difficult to get sexual misconduct charges to stick. especially with them (i asume) happening outside of the UK.

this charge is a lot easier for a conviction
Border control will wrap up the trafficking. Who cleared the epstein jet and was it checked. Was it full of children, ak47's and cocaine? Who was pulling strings to get RAF base access for a private individuals plane?

Did it have royal protection officers on board? Or, were officers in attendance up till take off, and passed over to officers in new york on landing?

There is enough info out there (official at that) to tie up anyone involved. Pilots, ground crew, onboard champagne staff, registered passengers.

Maybe this is all part of the big show, wrap mountbatts and mandelson up, a token few others, then pin everything on epstein. The mastermind, at the centre of the spiders web, info coming in from agents* in every government and establishment. So much power and access in one bad mans hands.

...lessons to be learned, more transparency in future, proper checks and balances, a whistle blowing function introduced, victims to be more easily believed, justice and truth and the american way for all...

as I'm sure you know, cases of this magnitude really wouldn't be that easy. there will be so many opportunities for the defence to get the cases thrown out of court too, it will probably take years to put a case together

Unless.
Dai Davies last night said, get the police in, get their notebooks, get their statements, and get their timesheets, overtime sheets and expenses looked at.
It'll only take one voice, could be a protection officer, a pilot, or a villain who's caught out on a limb and suddenly the axe will fall. This case, or rather these cases appear so big, keeping it bottled up seems impossible.

She's taken the fifth, unless she is granted clemency. She didn't need to offer clemency, at least not publicly.

mountbatts can't do the same, we don't have a fifth amendment here, and public reaction to him having no memory of anything won't wash.

I'd put the thumb screws on ferguson, she was selling access to him for a few grand. Lets have all her accounts checked through...

"Ah, 5 grand from muammar gaddafi ms ferguson, good pals were you...?" etc.

Off with his head.
