I’d imagine the scope of the investigation will be wide, outwith the obvious sex trafficking, sexual assault etc, there’s the passing on of nationally sensitive trade information.

The scope of the interview will be relatively narrow and only related to the offence with which he has been arrested.

Properly advised and given how easily his lies in a previous TV interview were exposed he will no comment the interview.

However that will be expected and what will hopefully hang him will be the paper trail that he created

The evidence apparently for the 'wrong doing in public office' is fairly damning and straight forward. The other potential charges as you mention will need a huge amount more work on!
