True, there was plenty of bad press, but the issue her at Everton if we've spent far too much time concerned about press and doing things the "right way", and far too little time concerned with actual results. Show me a single club that ever hired one of those types of survival specialists that didn't either ultimately go down or plateau at best as a upper bottom half of the table team.
