Agree with the general consenus - only on loan it would be ok.

A guy with lots to prove but I wouldn't sign him permanently until he has proven himself over a season.

If we sign him, we need loads of outgoings in central midfield.

We have a domestic-only season, and as such as do not need options of Besic, Schneiderlin, Davies, Baningime, Dowell, Gueye. Baningime would be best being sent on loan, Davies too but it won't happen, and ideally Schneiderlin would be sold to balance the books a bit (also won't happen).

I can see Besic going to Boro and Baningime and possibly Dowell going on loan, but those two will drop down a division and so it can wait until end of window (but no idea why clubs would wait seeing as the season has started already).
