I promised the owner I wouldn't share but his "secret" is having two different bowls, one wet stuff one dry stuff then mix them together and immediately put in oven. Its a LOT more sugar than most people would think honestly.

I’d say easy. That said there are many versions and I’m sure several of them make it complicated

So not American food as such.. but Filipino fast food chain Jollibee (which is popular in both asia and the states) has finally opened that branch on Whitechapel in town today. Was absolutely booming, primarily with the asian crowd.
Popped in at lunch and tried some of their stuff - namely the fried chicken, spaghetti, and hotdog.
The fried chicken beats KFC's, NEA, dead cripsy and fresh. The spaghetti and hotdog were tasty enough, nothing mindblowing like.
Would recommend a go like.
