In college at UCLA, it was Tommy's and their chili cheese fries that really could only be eaten when absolutely drunk - let's just say that happened more than I care to admit

I was in Chicago in the summer and had the best grilled cheese sandwich I’ve ever had. It must have been about 1000 calories as I ate at 12pm and didn’t eat again until the evening which is incredibly unusual for me.

We also tried Giordano’s which was a lot better than I thought it’d be. Very nice pizza.

If anyone is considering Chicago I’d thoroughly recommend it. The people were incredibly friendly too.

A veritable cornucopia of food and nothing priced more than a dollar, meanwhile in the UK tripe was the only thing not rationed.

headed back next week. can't wait to dig in to some American (and Arizona Mexican) comida. Got a lot of good stuff here in Colombia, but the Mexican and Asian foods are mostly horribly meh.Some Thai food and Bacon, Egg, Cheese & Potato burritos (con salsa roja) ahoy!
